Every morning I take a Centrum multi-vitamin, a B-12, and a Pepcid 20mg for heartburn.
Every evening, around 9:00pm, I take a Klonopin for anxiety. I also take a Benedryl to counteract the dust caused by my forced-air heating system (already have a foam mattress, a HEPA filter, and no carpeting upstairs, but still get an itchy nose. For the past month or so I've also been taking an anti-depressant called Doxipin which has sedative effect. Finally, I also take Temazepam, a sleeping pill.
I use a daily/weekly pill-box to keep track of all of these. I fill it up on Sunday and I'm good to go for the week. Yesterday I accidentally took the evening pills in the morning. Yes, I took four sedatives and went to work.
By 9:30 I was so tired that I had to tell my boss I was going home. If I had realized at the time why I was so tired, I would not have driven myself home. I fell asleep on the way home and the rumble-strips on the highway woke me up, quite possibly saving my life. I got home around 10:15 and got into bed and slept for about five hours.
Of course I didn't retake the nighttime meds, except for the Benedryl, so I hardly slept at all last night. Lots of extra caffeine and a "5-Hour Energy" drink will hopefully get me through the workday.

Hey Foster I found a spot that let me find twitters that live close by. Don't know where the site went but I got you before it disappearedI used to live in Nyack and loved it. The house went up for sale and I moved to Blauvelt for 25 years then Spring Valley to be closer to work. I enjoyed what you wrote about the pills. I have to take medication for my brain and you sure do have to be careful. We've all had moments where you got shit did I just take it or not,? I developed sleep apnea 6 years ago after being assaulted and now sleep with an air machine to keep the airway open. It helps but I still need to sleep 10 or sometimes 12 hours each night. How soes that and the brain thing effect my job...well I'm on workers compensation which is why I can't have a business and make money since I collect. But I love internet marketing and learning about it and using my laptop. I'm self taught so there still is alot of easy stuff I don't know. I can't copy and paste to save my life. Never had a good teacher for it. When I googles you I got to your page and I signed in under vox so that problem is solved. I like social media and have gotten on page one of google several times. I did it to help a friends business. So atleast I get to use some of my skills. I don't have a blog page like you do and wouldn't even know where to begin. Which means I don't get feed back either. Another friend is about to launch his business and I said I do social media fro him but her could do the press release and the ezine articles. I have a hobby I'm doinh right now. I crochett cat beds for the stray cats waiting for adoptions. Ater the assault I found it very calming and make 150 for NYC animal care. When I added up the cost of the yarn it was like yipes but it was like a medicine for me. I recently decreased a medication that added on weight and I took crochetting again. It settles that nervous feeling. Its like taking ativan but I crochette instead. Now I'm asking older woman if they have yarn they are not going to use so they can donate to my hobby. Supposed to pick up some tonight. Amazing saving in Monsey had yarn for 99 cents that cost $4.50 at the craft stores so I loaded up on that. Curious what I'll get tonight. One woman on the internet sent me some.Bless her.I'm an animal lover. I rent in a rental community and we aren't supposed to have pets. I moved in with a rabbit that was litter trained and lose in my apartment. I noticed people had cats and management didn't complain so I've since rescued two kitten(cats now)a lovebird I also have a gerbil and a 10 gallon tank of fish all in a studio apartment. And all the animals get along. I only twitter once a day and its personal stuff not commercial. My email is zgailgoodman@yahoo.com. So that is my comment!
